BASIC:
|
| Provide leadership, guidance and direction to all shop personnel to produce end product. Produce quality detailed fabrication drawings to provide detailed instruction on end product fabrication. Provide instruction on work flow, job set up, process flow and accuracy of all shop drawings. Ensure quality of end product before shipping to customers. |
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: |
- Complete job priorities as defined and established by TAC Management.
- Determine customer needs from sales.
- Draw detailed shop drawings using CAD system.
- Overseeing and maintaining quality control for the drafting activities and products.
- Ensure accuracy of shop drawings fabricated to customer specifications.
- Overseeing maintenance of drafting & CAD equipment and tools.
- Provide drawings that will be within guideline of shop safety program, including the safety policy.
- Oversee CAD drawing processes and procedures.
- Oversee integration of CAD drawings into production processes and procedures.
- Other duties as may be directed

| JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: |
- Setting up of jobs to meet product and customer requirements.
- Understanding of various drafting & CAD practices, or capable of learning.
- Understanding of and ability to read and work with blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Understanding of manufacturing process flow.
- High School or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Reading and understanding of numbers.
